Carricante, a native Sicilian grape variety, trained in espalier and alberello at an autitude of 600/750m asl. Area of production: Contrada Arrigo, Linguaglossa and Castiglione di Sicilia in the Contrade Verzella and Pietramarina where the freshness of the land allows full ripening of the Carricante without altering its aromas.
